Milwaukee

Kevin lived in in and around Milwaukee for almost 20 years while he worked at J C Penney, A O Smith, and M&I Trust, and Northwestern Mutual.  He played softball at Hart Park in downtown Wauwatosa every Friday in summer and stood in his first (and last I think) Apple line in Mayfair Mall there.  The 76 Bike trail is 76 miles around Milwaukee plus another 20ish miles through the center of town with several trails in the many parkways of Wauwatosa.  Kevin spent many hours on those trails and then frequented Balistrari's and Lalli's pizza to build up something to work off on the next ride :).

Northwestern Mutual

Northwestern Mutual is one of Milwaukee's largest employers but more importantly a central important member of the community bringing vibrance and a safe conservative tradition to the area and state.  They are one of the last "Mutual" companies in the country which means they are owned by the policy holders and agencies that sell the products.  This has helped to further foster the focus on quality and caring relationships with everyone involved in bringing value to the customers who are also the owners of the company.  It was an incredible place to work, but asside from the hundreds of accomplishments the groups we all worked with accomplished, the people there were the most incredible.
