Our Story
We met in Liverpool in 2008 at Suzanne's first world firefighting games competitons when Kevin was coaching the Berkshire Fire and Rescue Services volleyball team and Suzanne was playing for Gloucestershire's. We stayed in touch but didn't meet again until June 29, 2013 when she came down from Cheltenham to London for a vollyball tournament that BVSC and City Beach London put on in Regents Park. The spark was there for both of us instantly, seeing each other nearly every day (outside of travel) since. Kevin proposed in Fowey / Par, UK and after a very short negotiation at Real China in Whiteleys, London, they were engaged. Since we both love our friends and families so much and are on a fixed budget, instead of spending a lot of money having a big wedding and making everyone else spend a lot of money to travel to us and share it, we've decided to try something a bit different to share our wedding ceremony with as many of our loved ones as we can. We have planned a "Wedding Tour" and will bring our happiness to you. We've chosen several dates and general locations that we'll be at and we'll book dinners (or lunches) in each based on how many can share the meal with us. We are also plannng a Catholic church wedding in Beaver Dam on November 1, 2014 and a Church of Sweden wedding in Mullsjö, Sweden on December 20, 2014.
